
The Woltjen Lab will participate in the “Creating a Healthier You with iPS Cells and Next-Gen Medicine” Science Cafe, to be held in June 21–22, 2025, at the Swiss Pavilion of the 2025 Osaka Expo. The event, jointly organized by CiRA, the Institute for Regenerative Medicine (IREM) at the University of Zürich, Wyss Zurich, and the CiRA Foundation, will feature talks from researchers in Japan and Switzerland on advances in iPS cell research, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine in a format accessible to everyone.
Professor Knut Woltjen will present in Session (2) “New Technologies: Genome Editing and Gene Therapy” , and Woltjen Lab researcher Suji Lee will speak in Session (3) “Next-Gen Researchers in Switzerland and Japan”, both to be held during the morning of June 21st.
Visitors will also be able to explore interactive exhibits on iPS cells. We look forward to meeting you then!
