The Woltjen Lab participated in the 9th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Genome Editing. Professor Knut Woltjen took the stage and gave a lecture on the design and application of Prime Editing in human iPS cells.
Congratulations to graduate students Ryo Niwa (right diploma) and Xiaoyan Ren (left diploma) for their JSGE 2024 Outstanding Poster Awards! Ryo presented our work on determining best pegRNA design principles for iPS cells, while Xiaoyan described our novel CRISPR protocol to edit repetitive regions in human iPS cells.
